I 've been one of the very few lucky ones to have all good experiences at our Taco Bell for years now. Unfortunately, the manager working there tonight is a very unprofessional and hateful person. She has no business even working with the public, much less managing anything.It 's unacceptable to just say you have nothing to do with the app when I 've already paid and my receipt shows you 've received my order. Regardless, you should always be apologetic to customers and make it right. She chose instead to argue with me, toss my receipt into my car window and slam the window in my face twice! Came here Sunday night. Wasn’t rude to the employees at all but got a nasty behavior from their manager and an employee. The female manager isn’t professional at all. Wouldn’t let me say a word in kept talking over me with her other female employee. I had an incident back two months ago with another male employee making me to be a liar and couldn’t accept they screwed up on their end. I will no longer come here. I’ll go to the one in Shepherdsville. At least there they don’t close the lobby down and have rude workers. Can’t believe this place went down hill so fast

Not even worth the time to explain how terrible our meal was this evening. At least, the parts of it we got. Shadiest protein servings of any location I've ever been to and the chili cheese burrito looked at least a week old. Inedible garbage that you should be ashamed to have served.
