Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

I often come to this restaurant after work on some nights (around 11:30 p.m.), but I've had mixed experiences with their opening hours. There have been several occasions where I have arrived and no one has answered the door. Tonight, when I arrived, the restaurant was open with the lights on and staff wearing headsets, but they were outside hanging out in their cars. They informed me and a few other cars that they were closed, indicating they were too lazy to do their job. The staff I encountered were unprofessional and lacked work ethic. It is clear that something needs to be done to improve the employees' professionalism and ensure consistent operating hours.

The staff at this restaurant are closing the drive-thru, locking the doors during regular hours, and only fulfilling DoorDash orders. The frustrating part is that they are allowing customers to sit in the drive-thru for 30 minutes without informing them that they are not taking orders. The employees are making customers wait until they become frustrated and leave, which is unacceptable.

totally unimpressed. he made a complete chaos to open only the food packaging. tacos all cracked n broken. enough salate to make 2 on the side, and that's just what's fallen on the floor. all 5 tacos looked like this chaos. Why do they do that and there were $20 for 5 tacos and a quesadilla seriously?

This is definitely the worst Taco Bell I have been to. The staff is very unprofessional. My Cinnabons were soggy and cold. The Fiesta potatoes were hard and tasteless. My Crunchwrap was completely burnt! I will not be returning to this Taco Bell.

that's the cleanest taco bell I've ever been. the bathroom was also clean and equipped with soap and paper towels. the bathroom door swung correctly; press it to get out. the personal was friendly and attentive.
