Today 's 7/5/22 at 11pm. I waited in the drive through for 27 mins. Was waiting at the intercom for over 15 mins alone. There was no one in front of me at the window. I said 'hello ' and the lady asked me to hold on. I got impatient, along with the rest of the long line, and we started leaving one by one. This poor guy was standing at the drive through register and seemed new and just watched all of us drive away. When I came around the front I seen the drive through lady with her headset on chatting with someone at the door. taco’s worst I ever had. I waited in the drive for over 15 minutes. after 7 cars in front of us. our order for 6 hardshell tacos, and two mango danks who have informed us that they are from mango danks. So we just ordered the tacos. after the car arrived in front of us there went to pay. with a person behind us we were asked to drive forward and wait. I asked why there's only one car behind us. after two minutes they gave us the order. we went straight to the house to eat. when we opened the job, all six tacos were flat, soggy smashed and looked like they had been sitting for a long time. I want to start by saying that I love Taco Bell, but I really wish there was another location nearby. This particular spot is the slowest I've ever experienced. I ordered online and ended up waiting half an hour for my food upon arrival. The quality was disappointing, with the food seeming hastily prepared. Corporate really needs to address the issues at this location. Tonight will be the last time I order from here. While I was waiting, I noticed other customers coming in, waiting, and ultimately deciding to leave.
every time I go to this taco bell, it is either closed early or there is an extremely long waiting time to get her food. for a company that makes hundreds of millions of dollars, they really have the worst service from the fast food chains. 4/5 times I was here, it worked a person. they earn enough money to rent more employees. if the problem is that no one wants to work because the low wage, they want them to be their employment. this whole situation should really be shut off! never come back. 4pm on a weekend and I have to cancel my app order once I pull up because the person at the speaker says they 're closed because they 're the only one there working apparently. No signs posted. 2nd time this month I 've tried to come here was told they 're closed with no signs posted or hours changed in the app or online. Great job Taco Bell, get it together.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and encountered some issues. At 2 PM on a Saturday, the drive-thru equipment was down, which meant a long wait in a line that stretched for a mile. Additionally, the lobby was closed. It seems like they might need to consider increasing employee wages or hiring more staff to manage the demand.
The worst Taco Bell that I 've been to but not because of the food. Its because of the lack of food and overall service. I have arrived at this location 3 times during their regular business hours (including each of the last two days) but I wasn 't served because they closed early or their system was down .
