Taco Bell - Reservar mesa

I visited this restaurant for lunch and waited at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone taking our order. My son noticed a kiosk behind us, but not a single employee greeted us or informed us about it upon our arrival. This was also the case for other customers who arrived after us. One staff member lacked any friendliness; he just stared without engaging when I spoke to him. I was waiting at the counter because one of their sauce containers was filthy, and we needed sauce. He saw me but didn't acknowledge my presence, so I had to ask another employee, who was clearly busy, to assist me. He then took the order of some customers who arrived after us, delivered their meals, and even sat do...

Wow! That was the worst drive thru service I 've ever had in my life. I asked if a certain burrito had sour cream in it and she yelled YES at me. She did not give me a receipt or ask if I wanted one. She did not ask me if I wanted sauce and looked like she was about to LOSE HER MIND when I asked for some hot sauce like any normal Taco Bell customer. Avoid this location like your life depends on it! The manager Tammy said my server 's name was Marshinet .

This location is amazing! The food is always prepared fast and really good. The staff gives amazing customer service! I come here pretty regularly because of the service! The drive through workers are super friendly. Whenever I go in, Lily C is really great and remembers my order. Amazing taco bell service Way better service here than any other location that I've been to.

They forgot my fire sauce... I wouldn't even consider getting Taco Bell if I didn't have fire sauce to add to it. How do you forget a handful of hot sauce packets?!

The meat was tough and disappointing. I’d rather go to one of the Waukesha locations than return here. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful.
