Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

My husband and I made a pick-up job and went through the drive thru. We have adjusted our orders on the Taco Bell website. My husband had the combo doritos locos tacos and was adapting: no salad, extra beef and added some other ingredients. There was no way, there was additional beef, there came w/ salad, a few jalopenos, and no rice, no nacho cheese and no onions. My order was less confused: but tomatoes were not added to one of the items and no nacho cheese on the other item. If you have so many adjustments, you need to make sure that you get them right: and it was very clear to be an online order.

The quality of the food isn't bad (it's better than the one in Alabaster for example), however the place is NOTORIOUS for leaving out ordered items. Without fail, every time I go there, they leave out a Loco Taco, cinnamon twists, or one of the soft tacos that were CLEARLY listed on the order on the drive-through screen. Doesn't seem to matter who's working, it happens consistently and unfortunately I don't always have the time to go back through and tell the staff that they did not give me my complete order.

10 minutes ago. I came home and had no beans in my protein bowl and missing items I paid. My friend and I got no revenue and were not asked what sauce we wanted, so we didn't get any. I called several times and no answer... no determination. Answer Answer Answer Answer phone so I can get a refund for the food that I did not receive! I change my review IF I get a call back. STILL UNGRAPHY

This is the first time that this happened, but I ordered chickens tacos literally to everything and put it on one side of the taco and al my tacos had chicken in them, but one. It had only three small chickens in it

The double chalupa is not worth the money. Very little meat on it...nothing like the pictures on the windows or commercials. Better off buying 2 regular chalupas.
