Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

I see people rating due to slow service I experienced last night. So why do I give 5 stars? The young lady who served me had the best customer service! I was really upset and almost gone before I was caught in the line, but decided to wait. I come before and ask if they are short, the young lady explained it was her and a person in training, which she said with a smile. My food was not perfect, but I ate it without complaint because I knew that she did the best they could, it was not bad, but it wasn't the usual. Unfortunately, the employees are not in the control of the staff, so the people enlighten. Remember the workers who show up to serve you if nobody else wants.

Extremely rude in the drive thru.. Id say unprofessional, but it's Taco Bell. Not everyone who gets through is drunk or high. He started to mock what I said after asking for two bottles of water with the order and you hear that all the workers start cracking over the intercom? The Mexican pizza was dry without sauce and Cinnabons were simply loose in their pocket. They usually cut into the drive thru, but not to this extent and the order is usually ok to eat. See the reviews below... not much on the phone.

Sended and ordered the Deluxe Desire Box containing a Steak Chalupa, Rind 5 layer Burrito, Duritos loco taco and Nacho Fritten. At first they didn't know what I was talking about and had a terrible attitude. Secondly, the Steak Chalupa had literally like 5 tiny pieces of steak on it. This location has steadily declined in recent years and is only getting worse. I have a picture of the Chalupa, but I can't figure out how to post it. I tried to call several times, but never an answer.

They gave me the wrong order. Got home and opened everything up, wrong order altogether.Drove 10 minutes back to get my order and the lady said here ya go and gave me the food they made 25 minutes ago.I had to insist they remake it and she replied give me ten minutes in a very unpleasant tone obviously displeased I asked them to remake my $20 order.

Why did I open my cheerful Gordita crunch to find it stained and take it out with a BITE? Yeah, I tried to call the store, but nobody answered.
