Please check your food when you bite into it. I purchased a veggie Crunchwrap through the Taco Bell app. Upon my surprise when I bit into my crunch wrap, the longest piece of hair I had ever seen was wrapped up in my food. I was livid and went straight to the manager. Mind you I had braids in my hair at the time, so there was no possible way it could be my hair. This has ro be the slowest drive thru ever. It took 10 minutes before I could even place my order. I couldn't even back out the drive thru and go in because cars were behind me. Customer service also bad. When I'm ordering don't rush me asking me if I'm ready or is that it. That's rude. The food was fine. Just need better Customer service. This restaurant is absolutely terrible. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I placed an order at 11:45pm and didn't receive any communication until 3:08am that my order had been canceled through Uber Eats. I do not recommend ordering from this place at all. The communication with Uber was terrible. They only offered me $5 for my inconvenience, even though I had spent over $30 for my group. Reserve uma mesa agora

Visited Bell in Landover Hills, Md on 9/11/22 around 9:30 pm. Usually visits the Bell in Colmar Manor, Md but closed for 6 weeks for remodeling. Anyway, the Landover Hills one was surprisingly good, tasty! Food was hot and fresh. We ate in the car and enjoyed it. Our order was perfect and our drink was cold. 3 people ordered. Will visit again!

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible and the food is awful. The manager is unprofessional and the employees are rude. Be cautious about what you eat and where you eat, as it is crucial. Spending money here is not recommended and the company should check on the service. My experience with takeout from this restaurant was excellent. The food was delicious, the service was prompt, and the atmosphere, even though only witnessed briefly while picking up my order, seemed pleasant. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try for a convenient and satisfying meal.

I utilized the drive-thru service and the food was hot when handed to me, as well as when I arrived home. They allowed me to inspect my order before driving away since I had a large amount of food. The staff members were friendly and courteous, and the food was delicious.
