Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

So I just left this restaurant order 5 beefy melt burritos so happy because I've been planning my morning around these burritos bite into it and something is off take a 2nd bite notice the rice and chips are missing no biggie I'll just return so they can fix it right??? Nope. I called a total of 4times the 1st times it ring until a weird noise could be heard and simply hung up itself. 2nd and 3rd time it magically goes to busy line. 4th time someone answer only for me to explain the issue rather placing myself on hold she can be heard asking the cook about it now the cook swears they placed everything because I can hear this I respond that I can bring it to prove my case this lady decides t...

Service forever sucks ! I’ve been here multiple times hoping the will just get it together . So I guess it’s my fault ! But I won’t take accountability for the employees mess up! I tried to return the food literally soon as I got it and no one wanted to fix my order. Whole time I never asked for a refund . So , here we are and they cannot fix it for me so yeaaaa no more service.

I have to hand them over. They were swapped with two $100 orders. I wonder who would order so much food. You did a pretty good job. They wouldn't have expected a lot on Monday, but they needed more than 3 employees.

Gentleman at the cashier was very nice and served our food very quick with positive attitude. Him being nice to my kids made my family’s night. Workers are very polite.

Let's forget that I wanted and ordered extra beef. Where is the normal portion? Hell the beef is already finely grinded, and still can't spare any.
