Taco Express In Colorado Spr

I used to work near this place so I 've gone here a bunch over the years. It 's not going to have the most amazing food, but it 's still pretty solid and is better than a lot of other Mexican fast food restaurants in Colorado. My favorite meat here is the carnitas, although they deep fry the shredded beef tacos and those come out pretty good as well. The carne asada isn 't bad, but usually comes out a little dry. The guacamole is usually solid, and I like paying extra for a side and using it as a dip for my quesadilla. The hours say it opens at 6am, but I went there once around 5:45 and they took my order. This place is too good to get the rolled tacos and thank me later. They were lovely and had some of the best steak from a restaurant like this in a while. Everything was hot, fresh, and moist, and it stayed that way. The rolled tacos stayed crispy, and the guac was so fresh and creamy. My husband had the chimichanga, and it was so good. Please go here. I cannot recommend it enough, and next time, we're in the springs. We're going here!

Ordered a carne asada burrito halfway through I chewing on a bone. Don’t eat here. It could have been a child it could’ve ended badly. Especially because it was very sharp

It’s a good spot, the chicken quesadilla it’s trash tho. Comes with tomato sauce for some reason
