Tacos Guaymas - Reservar uma mesa

I wanted this place to be good. So good. I was reading reviews, looking at photos, and who knows...maybe it was just that day. Idk. But I went in and ordered 2 veggie tacos to go. I read the description, and thought okay, whole beans. Awesome. So I was excited!! I go and order my 2 veggie tacos, get them and leave. I get home and open the container and I'm thinking...these look...basic but okay let me try them. I bite one and the shells are hard af! Like they were microwaved, which I'm sure they were. It was very disappointing. The beans had no seasoning as well. Such a bummer. Was really looking forward to it.

I was the first to write a review for Tacos Guaymas 9 years ago, and I am happy to say that they are still amazing. The portions are generous, the food is delicious and the service is quick. The owners are incredibly friendly. Over the years, they have expanded their menu to include more food and drink options. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is relaxed and clean. I highly recommend stopping by, as I have been coming back for nine years and plan to continue for many more.

Guaymas is a Love/Hate for me. I mean they are open til 10:00 PM which is rare for Tacoma. My Love/Hate relationship is mainly the up and down swings of the food. For the last two times they have been on an up swing. Keep It Going!!! This time I had the carnitas. It was delicious!!!! I send my wife a picture of them and now she wants to try them. I will have them again.
