Taigu - Reservar uma mesa

This restaurant is different from other ordinary restaurants. From food to service to interior design there is nothing about this place that does not stand out. The food tastes amazing. Pork bell with plastered cabbage was my personal favorite, but the homemade noodles, Mapo Tofu, beef with mushrooms, and Shanghai Bokchoy were all the same delicious. The noodles and dumplings are all handmade what I could taste right away! There are those who haven't been to Taigu yet, but there's no one who was only once!

Had the spicy beef noodles, noodles are excellent with only enough chewing gum to them. I don't eat much spicy food and it was right for me, others might want to ask for more. Noodles themselves were great, but would have had more taste for the sauce. It was a lot of noodles so you might bring home if you are not very hungry. I would definitely try other menu items again. 4.5/5.

Best noodles and dumplings in town. Very authentic and you can adjust dishes for the amount of spices/heat and make them vegetarian.

Just the best Chinese restaurant in Madison. Every dish I had is perfectly seasoned and the fresh noodles are amazing. Go on!
