Taiko Sushi - Reservar uma mesa

Food was good, server was attentive, prices were fair. Went around 3pm, so it wasn't very busy. Even though we were seated after a large party, the server checked in with us so we could get our order in before they did so we wouldn't have to wait forever. He checked in with us often after that, offering refills and kindly letting us know when something we ordered was unavailable. All the rolls we ordered looked and tasted wonderful. We were particularly impressed by the tameki/hand rolls. We don't often eat in Folsom because of distance, but I'll definitely remember this place whenever I'm in the area. (Picture: Unagi handroll)

We had not been there for a while. We were getting disappointed with them. So we decided to give them one last try, and it was a 180 from the last time. What we found was that the restaurant had new owners. I was so impressed in the change of srevice and the quality and portion of the food. Would like to thank Bell who was our server and made everything perfect. We will be back!

Today is a beautiful day filled with great friends, intriguing conversations and outstanding food, customer service and ambiance??!!! I'm sooo very thankful for our happy times that we are able to enjoy and cherish together ! Taiko Sushi is a must go location for anyone who seeks out Japanese Cuisine ?? Thank you Maggie and your wonderful staff... ?

Great staff and sushi is always fresh. Usually a bit of a wait, but always worth it.
