Tamaras Weinstube is quite a lot in the middle of the old town of Konstanz, and it is a busy place most evenings. It is a beautiful, simple, traditional place run by a charming lady. In the evening of our visit the weather was very warm, so many people wanted a table outside. They quickly expanded their terrace area with tables and chairs stored on the street. For the hordes of people there were only two people who were fast and efficient. I had a very good, obviously very fresh fish and good wine (grauburgunder) through the glass in a generous amount. My son is good, but he said it was more or less like pizza.

This is a cozy place to eat very good traditional local food. The lady running the dining hall is very nice and helpful (in multiple languages! . They have quite a large selection of good wines. Definitely recommended.

Very local location in Konstanze. We went there a few times for an afternoon beer and a glass of wine nightcap. The staff is very friendly and hard working. We didn't eat there, but in any case will be next time

Excellent service! The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food came very fast and was delicious. Considering how good the food and the whole experience was, prices were surprisingly cheap.
