Unfortunately, it took 38 minutes for our food to arrive after we placed our order, which felt excessively long, especially for a busy restaurant. Our server was friendly, but he did forget our drinks and the side of lemon. We understand it was a hectic time, so we didn’t let that bother us too much. Now, regarding the food: the salad and miso soup were fine—what you’d typically expect. However, the tempura was lukewarm and soggy, lacking any crunch. My husband and I ordered the combination teriyaki salmon meals, and they were absolutely delicious! Mine also included sashimi, and the six pieces served were fresh and flavorful. The texture was firm, and there was no fishy taste whatsoever! We've visited this restaurant multiple times and tried various dishes, and we've always been satisfied. The hot tea is complimentary, and the service is excellent. Our food arrived promptly, and the prices are quite reasonable for this area. The restaurant is small, so if you're planning to come with a large group, it's best to call ahead to check for availability.

Very nice place. The food is delicious, atmosphere and service is very good as well. I've been here several times and every time they meet my expectations. I've tried several things on their menu and everything I've had so far has been amazing. The place is kinda small but that add to its pleasant atmosphere I think. Parking: Lots of business are in this location so parking can be difficult around lunch time as there are other popular restaurants in the same shopping center. Parking in the evening is better when other businesses in the location are closed for the day.

Absolutely perfect sushi! Tanaka has turned me into a total sushi snob. Everything else just seems average at best.
