Taormina II Restaurant

It breaks my heart to write a review with a low rating. My family came to this restaurant several times and today was the final straw for us. We called ahead to reserve their back table in their main dining room and was told that it was available. Shortly afterwards, we arrived only to find out that the hostess did not know the table was already reserved when her stand is adjacent to the table we requested. We reluctantly sat down at another table, but things did not become any better. Wow!!! A restaurant in these times that have a 4 course special for only $27 with a glass of wine Monday through Friday!!! Thank you to the person that wrote they went up from $26 to $27. I haven't seen a deal like this anywhere and I travel far and wide to eat in great restaurants. This place happens to have the most delicious food and is so accomodating to their patrons that I have ever come across in all my travels. I come from Long Island every other Saturday to eat here because the food is so amazing as its hospitality, and has beautiful views of the Hudson as well. I wasn't even aware of a special during the week, because its so inexpensive to begin with. I feel so very sad for anyone...

As soon as I walked in, they looked at me like I had three heads. They took a very long time seating us and checking on us once we were seated. After about 30 minutes of finally being seated, someone finally came over to our table I asked if there were any other menus being that the mother's day menu did not have pizza which is why I originally stopped in. Especially since that is one of the items being advertised. The way they took their time to even acknowledge me and my family made me extremely uncomfortable, I didn't realize that my attire would change the way they catered to my family. I left immediately and never plan on returning.

Food was decent service was not. Criminally overcharged EVERY dish we had by $2 3 each! Changed it once we brought it up. The server said the new system is to blame, because they haven 't input the correct prices. She also said that she 's already told management about the prices being wrong, but they haven 't done anything about it. This means that management AND the server were aware of this overcharging issue, and overcharged us regardless. Didn 't even give us a sorry for it. Food was decent, but I don 't like dishonest business practices. Will not be returning. Reserve uma mesa agora

Intimate dimensions and pleasant decorations. Convenient location right off Route 9 and the MetroNorth’s Hudson line (metered parking around MetroNorth’s Peekskill station). Exquisite Italian food at fair prices. Friendly staff. Full bar in front with gumballer and an automatic teller machine (though credit/debit cards are accepted). Narrow but clean bathroom. Fast (5Ghz) and free passworded wi-fi. On September 11th, 2018 the Westchester County Libertarian Party hosted Larry Sharpe at this location.

Have always gone here for dinner and it is always great. Food is great, service is always top notch, everyone is friendly. We just had a party there for my Mother in law’s 90th birthday. Kelly was amazing, the food was delicious and there was so much of it, no one left hungry. The eggplant rollintini, rice balls were amazing. The chicken parm was delicious. I recommend this place to anyone that wants a great meal and if you’re lucky to have Kelly as your server you got a top notch person.

1st time trying here. Heard good things and they were all true! We had the $22.50 dinner Duo of Chicken Martini with a side of penne pasta and eggplant rollitine appetizer and it came with great bread and even a dessert!! Incredible for the price! Absolutely delicious and the portions were amazing!! This fed my girlfriend and I completely with enough leftovers for lunch the next day!! Can’t wait to order again to try something else!!

Our plan had been to just have a drink and share the calamari and shrimp appetizer at the bar, but the $26.00 4-course menu called to us and we ended up ordering dinner. Incredible value! Large portions, delicious food, and great service. We had to box up the dessert because we were so full. (Great take-out packaging, by the way--no plastic! We may make this a Tuesday night tradition! Food was very good. Generous portions served by friendly courteous staff. The warm bread, eggplant parmesan and salad with house dressing -delicious! The Bolognese with spaghetti was better the first time I was there. But I enjoyed everything else and will return! Interior which is casual comfy is why 4 stars.

Excellent restaurant. Service was great, staff was friendly, quality and food portions more than you can eat. Authentic italian cuisine. Restaurant very clean and the setting is really Italian. You feel like you are in Rome. Prices reasonable too. This is a can't miss.
