Taqueria El Tulense

Downhill since it used to be Rositas. They close early when they are supposed to be open. That doesn't surprise me because I don't think they get much business. I went in and ordered a plain cheese quesadilla. Can't mess that up right? Wrong. The person that made it just finished mopping the kitchen. They then took my order (which took about 5 minutes for him to understand me asking for a plain cheese quesadilla) and started making it without washing their hands no gloves either. I also asked for sliced avocado and they gave me guacamole. When I opened my box the quesadilla was definitely not cooked enough and they had put a bunch of soggy lettuce in the box and the whole bottom was wet with...

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We tried the enchiladas plates, which were highly recommended and did not disappoint. We will definitely be returning to try out other dishes.
