If you're going around and are curious, read on.... This restaurant serves Lexington Style Barbeque, which is usually Pit cooked pork shoulders. This type of BBQ may be slimmer and dryer than some are used to, but if you like Lexington Style or want to try it, I recommend this restaurant. We recently stopped and ordered to leave the counter. Three chopped sandwiches, three pommes and three teas were a reasonable $27. The food was ready in 5 minutes and we were on the way fast. I recommend asking for the BBQ sauce, which is vinegar and comes in a small container so that you can add to the taste. Red and white claw is available. We were here a year ago while we camp at Forest Lake and really enjoyed the BBQ. Now we're back, and the BBQ is just as delicious. The smoke from the smoker smells so good! The service here is friendly and fast and the food is right. I have a small chopped tray with red claw. It was nice and smokey, and oh, so good. And the Hushpuppies are addicted. Hubs have a Chili Cheeseburger and a small chopped tray. He loved it because he inhaled it pretty much! Servings are very generous. Thanks for a great meal and service.

Very happy to find a large barbecue area with a hometown. My chopped barbecue dish was excellent and my wife also enjoyed her grilled chicken. The sauce they had provided in a tiny pitcher as 'Dip' was great to do with the equally delicious Hushpuppies. As you can say, we were very happy about everyone and are really happy to go back.

Near Thousand Trails, Accord, NC. Good Barbq. But the Cobbler is nothing but canned cake filling with lumps of unbaked dough that holds on your teeth. Very disappointed about the payment for the 3.00 cup of dough. At least it could be a homemade filling that is baked in a cake bowl with a crispy topping.

Had the delicious chopped pork barbecue sandwich. They really like on the pork. Also the hush puppies are very tasty. Service was great. I hope be back soon.
