I placed my order at 6:15, but was told it would take an hour. The person taking my order over the phone was rude and seemed uninterested. When I called back at 7:35, I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. At 8pm, I called again and was given excuses about a shortage of drivers. There was no apology or offer for a discount. Frustrated, I decided to order from a local Indian restaurant instead. Their delivery arrived in 20 minutes, hot and fresh. I rejected the late delivery from the original restaurant at 8:20, and at 8:26 the Indian food I had ordered arrived on time. It was more expensive, but worth it for the quality and punctuality. I tried tarkari for the first time and was impressed with the excellent value for money. The food was delicious, especially the rogan josh chicken which I would highly recommend. The peshwari naan was also delightful, fluffy and flavorful. The food arrived hot and on time. Despite only being open for a few weeks, in my opinion, this is already the best Indian restaurant in Tunbridge Wells. Keep up the great work!

It was very simple to place my order, and the staff member was polite. My food arrived on time as expected, and the driver was courteous and friendly. The meal was delivered hot and fresh, all the items were present, and the overall dining experience was enjoyable. It was a fantastic evening with delicious food!

The lamb portions were generous and tender, the sauce was flavorful, and the rice was cooked perfectly. It felt like we were dining at a fancy restaurant rather than just grabbing a bite on the go. The meal was so delicious that it was definitely worth it, and I don't think I'll be ordering from anywhere else.
