Tarteline - Reservar uma mesa

We were so happy that we found this restaurant at our first noon in Grenoble, it was all we were looking for. If that sounds above the tip, then you need to try it even though if you are not a fan of flaans. You can be disappointed. We had mulled wine, red wine, an amazing Chevre Chaud with figs and a delicious pot of salad dressing, a tar of potatoes and cheese, lemon balms, cheesecake and the best coffee we tried on our long weekend. The girls who work there are friendly and sweet, despite speaking little English (which really put my limited French on the test). If you want a queue, I would recommend this cafe. I was twice at our visit to Grenoble and would certainly go back. The quiche is made exactly right and has the “melt in your mouth” consistency with various flavors. Whoever makes the quiche should get an increase. We didn't try the desserts, but they looked very appealing. Maybe next time. The quiche comes with a side salad, so makes for a complete meal either for lunch or dinner. You also have a nice selection of handmade juices with interesting flavor combinations. And sitting inside makes you realize how much attention was given to detail for the decor. This is a small restaurant that is visited by locals. A few blocks from the Galeries Lafayette and the tourist restaurants. And a world in ambience, quality and taste of food, and the ingredients used. I returned there and every time the salads were filled and delicious. I'm watching my carbs and I'm trying to eat a duck salad while traveling in Europe. Compared to the normally available salads, this was incomparable. I would highly recommend it for the delicious (and healthy) food!

Greeted by the very funny and charismatic owner, the staff are just so very kind and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. We were 5 ladies with 2 rather large prams and the staff were just to helpful in getting us all to our table, lending a hand with the prams etc. The food is just scrumptous! Homemade quiches, various fillings to choose from. Truly one of a kind.

When exploring the center of Grenoble - although it specializes in tea, there are a number of other drinks and the cakes and cakes are delicious. Service is efficient and friendly and the decor is attractive.
