Taste Of Ethiopia - Reservar uma mesa

I love it. I had to go to Oakland earlier to eat Ethiopia and can now get the same only 5 minutes from my house. I have eaten there several times and place was always clean and food delicious. My husband and I always order the vegetarian combo and meat combination and they are always good. My only advice is to ask for the modern honey wine (Enad??) which is much better in our view than the other way they sometimes serve. Then it may be our preference again. The staff is friendly and always polite. If she is very busy service can slow down, but it is a small place and wait is very tolerable. Without fear!

Amazing food (even for vegans! and even more amazing service and hospitality. They always remember us and the chef comes out to greet us every time. The spicing and freshness of the food are both incredibly perfect. The hummus included in the family-style veggie platter is my very favorite, and theirs is the best injera I've found. Also the price is so reasonable that we go once a week without thinking twice about it.

So good food and a great experience! We got the vegetarian sample plate I thought for every newcomer who wants to try something from everything. We also have the lamb dish that was perfectly spicy and so delicious. At dinner they bring you a special bread that you use instead of silver wear to make it an unforgettable meal.

Great food and really generous proportions. We ordered the vegetarian sampler and we received several refills of the dishes and were not calculated separately. The staff is very friendly and the service is fast. A secret little jewel in Richmond!

Excellent Ethiopian restaurant, something hidden in El Cerrito. The food is vegan delicious. A small, clean place with pleasant ambience, healthy-yet-sumptuous meals and nice people. Definitely recommended!
