Taverna Georgios - Reservar uma mesa

we ate yesterday evening at georgious and were amazed by the very warm welcome we received from the moment we arrived. the quality of eating is excellent, all freshly cooked according to genuine, traditional Greek recipes. many neighbours came in to eat and gather. food and they could say that this is a goal of choice and that the cook and their team are hospitable and hospitable. their generousness cannot be unnoticed, as we had plenty of free ouzo and small beautiful starters that we had not even ordered! it felt like we were going to dinner in our family home. this is a very unique place in this tourist city and we highly recommend it!

We had a long weekend in Bamberg,, whilst on an exploratory visit as our daughter is living/studying there from sept and found this place via web, we were made very welcome we asked about a table latter that evening , there is an out door...eating area, which was most welcome as it was very warm. If your German is basic or non existent , there is young German lady working there with excellent English , who really goes the extra mile to explain the menu. Our food was excellent , service excellent , and very reasonably priced , we will most certainly be back !!!!

we came too late and without reservation as we were just over and looked out on tripadvisor for a recommendation. although the kitchen was already overstretched, as they had much more guests than expected, they made space for the three of us. and the staff could not have been more friendly. ella leads the show and knew all. that was so good to eat, they made it work and we felt pampered.

we were here on December we enjoyed the warm and welcoming service and the great atmosphere of taverna georgios. the service was great! we do not speak German very well, but the personal does it grateful! they ensured that we had a delicious meal and. our experience made even better with amazing spears!
