Tenka - Reservar uma mesa

A lot of sushi places fail because they don 't seem to understand what 'good ' rice should be like. Tenka is a pretty average place as far as sushi and sashimi are concerned. Salmon is their main stay (cheap, I guess). Even then, pieces are sliced too thinly to enable full flavour to fill your mouth again, cost cutting. BUT, one thing they seem to get right is their rice. I don 't think they would be using genuine Japanese rice it would be too expensive for their business model. Yet, it is done just right. So, if I am around St Ives, and have to have my sushi fix, this is where I head to.

My family and I have dined at Tenka Sushi multiple times and each visit the food has been consistently delightful! The service is top-notch, with fast delivery of dishes and a friendly staff. The sashimi simply melts in your mouth, so fresh and heavenly. I also recommend trying the BBQ beef, which is served on a hot plate and smells absolutely amazing!

For a delicious lunch, be sure to try the gyoza, prawn and vegetable tempura, or any of the sashimi/sushi options at this restaurant. They are all fantastic choices.

Great local Japanese restaurant food always tastes fresh but you need to request a little break between dishes otherwise everything comes at the same time

normally use for a Friday night takeaway and have always been quick and the food good. love the chicken and there is always a great smile from thestaff
