Texas Roadhouse - Reservar uma mesa

So we are very disappointed in our tx Roadhouse ppl, this was by far the 2nd worst experience (2nd to bandi lous) we got there and were said to wait 10 miute, now we are understand that is a guess and not a certain time frame either as we sat about 20 minutes later. We sat at our stand for 20 minutes before we greeted from our server we have a beverage order and our food order 15 minutes later we get our drinks, 45 minutes go by and we ask for our food to which she says let me go, 10 minutes later we get our salads and we ask for our food again she waits 5 minutes to get our food order in (they forget) the whole time the managers went to

The dumbest rule ever! I arrive early with a friend to start eating, but because the rest of the table wasn’t in the restaurant yet, they didn’t let us in until everyone is here ? so here we are in the door waiting for the other family to be able to get in and have lunch.I hope the filet with shrimps is amazing to balance the experience with the host.Update: BEST FILET WITH SHRIMP in the area ????????

I would probably give it five stars BUT this is the ONLY Steakhouse that calculates an extra dollar and a half to add bacon and cheese to your baked potato... except that the food and service is great

Our favorite, the steaks are especially good and the atmosphere is classic TX! Great and quick service. We especially like the Bedford friendly staff and management. A+
