Tgi Fridays Hackensack

The hostess was excellent, but we waited for a server for at least 12 minutes on a quiet Wednesday night when we were the only customers in the large section. The menu had limited options for vegetarian and healthier choices. When the server finally arrived to take our drink orders, we decided it wasn't the right place to celebrate my 9-year-old's birthday. We left, taking into account the long wait for the server and the lack of menu options.

Delay and confusion at the time we arrived due to poorly trained personnel that had no idea that the OpenTable application was being used for reservations at their restaurant

Our server was very very helpful. she was always there when we needed something. She went above and beyond. i cant remember her name but she was just great.
