TGI FRIDAYS - Hackensack

almost empty, mid-afternoon, still the service was painfully slow. time, eat painfully slow to get and only 2 options on the menu to lunch. the menu matching was the portions for dinner. had been drinking, but the server disappeared. really strange ball ignorant host, has not even recognized open when I mentioned we had a reservation. will not be back.

our server was very helpful. She was always there when we needed something. she went beyond and beyond. I can't remember her name, but she was just great.

Used Open Table to make reservation but when we got there... no one knew what Open Table was... luckily it wasn't too busy and seated right away.

this restaurant does not use open table they will take the reservation online, but not manage.

They said the open table wasn’t working. So we had to wait almost 45 minutes
