Tgi Fridays Mount Druitt

The order was served with a 30-minute delay, with children being served last. Sides arrived late. The food was served at room temperature, the tea was only lukewarm, and the soda was flat. After complaining, we were told that the restaurant had previous issues with the drinks. Why serve them if the problem hadn't been fixed? When we asked for a replacement for the children's drinks, they brought one glass for three kids. We requested a jug of water and extra glasses, but had to get the glasses ourselves. We ordered an extra slider for a 9-year-old, but it came out after we had already paid and were leaving.

The staff were fantastic. The food was excellent - I ordered the New Yorker striploin while my children had the mac and cheese and hotdog. The only letdown was the salad, which was drowning in oil. We opted for the sweet potato fries as a healthier choice, but they arrived drenched in oil which was a disappointment.

I absolutely loved my experience at this restaurant. The staff was amazing and the cocktails were delicious. I can't fault the service - the staff were all wonderful, cheerful, attentive, and professional. We will definitely be returning!
