First of all that make a reservation that they have online IS False! They don't honor the reservations online, Is false advertisement. If they don't do reservations why does it allow you to do it. Thinking I had a reservation I got there on time and they tell me they don't honor reservations and I have to wait 45mins. for a table. As I look around the restaurant there are like 25 tables empty and a lot of people waiting, I ask why are there so many tables they say because we only have 2 waitress. so they have half the restaurant close and only 2 waitress i the floor. When I received my good it was cold.. and this seems to happen every time I visit this location.. The waitress never asked how’s everything, is there anything else I can help you with not did she offer napkins. My son asked her for the steak sauce she said okay and walked off as if she was going to get it so we waited 2-5 minutes and I looked back to only see that waitress having a personal conversation with one of her colleagues, so I told my son to go and get the sauce and then she handed him the sauce.. The silverware was dirty and had food on one of the knives smh.

We walked in to check out their $5 long islands. Didn't see a host so walked past the line of people at the door and took a seat at the bar. I think everyone standing at the door followed our lead and also took seats at the bar. When the bartender came out from the back. We ordered 4 long islands for the 4 of us paid the tab and headed outside for some fresh air. The cocktails were great. And the only reason we didn't rate them a five star was because the glasses were 4/5ths full and that was with a lot of ice! Regardless they tasted good.

terrible service hostess has never welcomed us to sit (and restaurant was not busy at all) .. if we finally have a table, waiter over 15 minutes to take our drinks order .. we waited another 15 minutes and our drinks water and soda never came ... we went out ... personal does not care at all about service ... would not be back

It is very sad the other people has had bad experiences here but we had a great one. Our waitress was 'Cookie ' and the sevice was amazing. I order a sampler full. Everybody should come here the experiences was great. The bathrooms were clean and the place was nice.
