Thai Basil - Reservar mesa

The service is quick and very friendly. I love the way they decorated and even the cutlery is chosen very tastefully.The reason I give this place only 3 stars is the food doesn't really suit my tastes for Thai food. The pad thai was very underseasoned. There are chili flakes and fish sauce at the table which allows me to season it to taste, but I really had to use a lot. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the ingredients were quality and prepped very skillfully though. The pad see ew noodles fell apart a bit more easily than expected, but other than that, it was satisfactory.I always get Thai milk tea whenever I visit a new place. It did not strongly taste of tea and was a bit watery.

First time at Thai Basil the service and atmosphere were amazing. The lady that was serving us was very nice and answered any questions I had about menu and the food came quick which was good and they kept refilling water which was also good. It’s a great date night spot and the food was good too just thought my dish that I got was the seafood needed a bit more seasoning and Vegetables need to be cook longer but other then I would recommend going to this place especially if you like Thai food

I haven’t been able to visit this restaurant for many years but I managed to stop by for dinner recently.The food was fantastic while the service definitely needed improvement.EDIT: After management reached out explaining that they were short staffed that evening and that there were many new hires that day, I would like to give them some slack in regards to the poor service we received that evening. Hope to visit again in a few weeks.

Party of two. Visited late night on a weekend we were promptly seated and the level of service was consistent throughout the dine in experience. The jowl is a must get! The brisket in their curry was also extremely tender so that's always a big plus. The overall ambience wasn't too bad either. Everything seemed quite well maintained/clean. My wife and I went here for lunch. We bought red and green chicken which was alright for the lunch special. The spring rolls were tasty. The lunch menu prices were lot cheaper than the regular prices. Each dish was delicious. The setting was cozy and serene and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The prices were reasonable. Will be going back at this when we go to Richmond Hill next time.

Great decor and atmosphere, the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had the Thai Red Curry (Duck) with Steamed Coconut Rice, Signature Thai Shrimp Cake and the Bangkok Style “Pad Thai” Chicken Shrimp. All were really good especially the Signature Thai Shrimp Cake. It is a nice place with good food.

Me and my boyfriend were around the area and looking for a place to eat, and this location have good reviews, also we love Thai food so we decided to try it out. We’re not disappointed AT ALL. We ordered from lunch special menu, and it was GREAT! The place was clean and we liked the interior setup.

Authentic flavoured Thai food. Tried the Bangkok Pad Thai and Mussamma Beef Brisket curry. Both were great. The chicken and beef satay skewers with peanut sauce were well made. Good and friendly service. Cozy and warm decor. Reserve uma mesa agora

Im giving them a 4 for value. I expect to be served rice with an order of curry. I was surprised to have to order it separately. Overall taste was delicious.

Mango sticky rice was very delicious, must try! Lunch special came with soup and spring roll. Staff was super nice.
