Just moved to Katoomba and a local person recommended trying Thai Fusion. Lovely lady serving, helpful, great attitude and knowledge of menu. Chef was very obliging and welcoming of new local customer. Food was delicious, fresh, tasty generous. I highly recommend Thai Fusion if visiting Katoomba

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, the pad see ew pad kee mao were the best we have both had in a very long time! We ordered the vegan options and were delighted to see that 95% their menu can be made vegan.

All of the dishes were carefully crafted and packed with incredible flavors. I appreciated their commitment to using only fresh ingredients and produce. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Fresh and flavourful. Greatly enjoyable and will certainly come back. We enjoyed in particular the Soft Shell Crab, the Lamb Pancakes and the Pad Thai. Highly recommended. Reserve uma mesa agora

The curry was really flavourful , delicate with fennel leaves and not overpowering fish/ oyster sauce. Will definitely visit again !
