After 40 years away, I visited my hometown and was pleasantly surprised by the familiar sights and new additions. One of the new surprises was Thaidee restaurant, which exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and amazing flavors. I had a delicious chicken and coconut soup as a starter, followed by a flavorful green curry. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty. The staff was friendly, attentive, and engaging, happily answering questions about the food and indulging in my nostalgic stories about the town from the 1980s. What can I say, we love everything about this place. The food tasted as good, if not better than our previous visit in 2021 (if that’s possible). We were waited on by Danny who couldn’t have done anymore for us during our visit. The food, service and atmosphere is great. It’s a must! Food was so good last night, that we ordered again from them tonight! We 're only in the Clwydian Range Dee Valley area for a holiday, so really glad we discovered this place. Love that their takeaway packaging is paper/cardboard. Please open a restaurant in Liverpool so that we can order from you again! Hello we ordered for the first time last night. Fast delivery to Oakenholt and arrived on time. The food was absolutely lovely, the Thai Green curry loaded chips especially and portion sizes good. We ordered two milkshakes which were good size and full of flavour. The food was worth the money we paid and it was boiling hot on arrival and stayed hot too after plating up. I personally don’t think you could improve on anything! I would only suggest it would be a good idea to label the milkshakes as we struggled to know which was which even after a taste test lol but they were amazing either way. The portions at this restaurant are generous, I can always split my meal in half. There are plenty of options and the menu is customizable - you can add extra tofu or peanuts, etc. You choose the sauce first and then add the tofu, making almost all dishes suitable for vegans. They offer vegan prawn crackers and spicy chips that are delicious. The pineapple in the sweet and sour dish tasted fresh rather than canned, adding a nice touch to the meal. The food also came with vegan stickers, and the staff were friendly. Overall, we give this restaurant a 10/10 rating.

The food was impeccable. It was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. However, there was no children's menu available. The milkshakes were tasty but on the pricier side. Overall, the dining experience was great with a meal type of dinner and a price per person ranging from £20 to £30. Ordered for the first time the other day and was blown away at finding this gem!! Absolutely delicious and worth every penny!! The flavours and freshness of the food was outstanding. The food at this restaurant is top-notch, the staff is friendly and attentive, but the music is not great. I had a dine-in dinner and the price per person was around £20-30. I absolutely love this Thai takeaway, hands down my favorite. The app makes it easy to choose vegan options for most stir fry and curry dishes.
