Very ornate grand hall for a travel industry evening event. Great location just off Trafalgar Square. Seems to share entrance with hotel called the Grand.

Beautiful event venue with good facilities and fantastic customer service, but venue was very cold throughout the entire day and catering was limited.

The event space on the lower ground floor is fantastic. The only downside is the limited mobile signal, but that is completely understandable.
