The Anchor Inn - Reservar uma mesa

we stumbled randomly on the anchor when we look for somewhere, halfway between nottingham and leicester to meet friends for Sunday dinner. unbelievably the best lunch we've ever had. great value and so a warm welcome from lisa, paul. roast sirloin cooked by bark meat to perfection and served with an excellent selection of vegetables. lisas cheesecake with its chocolate biscuit base only delicious. we must die for a week to prepare for our next visit!

It's fantastic to see this neighborhood restaurant has weathered the challenges of Covid and still offers delicious food at an affordable price, all with a friendly attitude. Our family of 14 had a wonderful lunch, served promptly and efficiently without feeling rushed. Every plate was empty and every customer was very satisfied. Thank you for a great dining experience.

During the current situation the Anchor has adapted to make a brilliant environment for both dinning and enjoying a drink. The food served was absolutely sensational and the steak I had a 38oz tomerhawk was cooked to perfection. 100% will be visiting again
