Staff had little knowledge about the menu. Didn 't know what merlot was. I slipped over in the bathroom because there was water all over the floor by the hand dryer. I told a member of staff about it and she just said 'ok ' ..I have bruised my arm, if it was an less able person they might have done alot of damage to themselves. Staff really need more training. The food was lovely though.

we stayed approx. 6 minutes, we booked high tables, but we are in the corner of the restaurants below, it was so dark we could not read the menu, the waiter who put us down, we need her table around 8. we have gone and have ordered nothing

what an amazing evening and the perfect way to celebrate the 21st of my sohnes! nice eating, friendly staff and a really great atmosphere! definitely would recommend and can not wait to go back!

Great night. Bit slow service for just the drinks we’d ordered. Good ambience but maybe a bit noisy for some. Waiting staff were friendly and helpful if a bit busy! Will def go again!

our first visit to the auktionshaus, for a few years a fan of 4 london road. both are excellent, eating, service and ambiente make them special.
