The Bavarian Chef - Reservar mesa

The food was excellent, with generous portions and reasonable prices, and the side dishes were served family-style. You definitely won't leave hungry! We sat upstairs, where the atmosphere was lovely and the service was outstanding. My only suggestion would be to improve the lighting a bit, as it was somewhat dim and made it difficult to see the menu and the delicious food when it arrived at our table. Perhaps adding some lights could help.

We thoroughly enjoyed our entire meal at Bella Luna! Starting with the beet and toasted peanut salad, then moving on to our main course of pizza and house-made pasta (crafted with organic flour), everything was incredible. We also loved the local lager and the Shagbark Hickory Manhattan. This ranks as one of our best dining experiences as a couple. We will certainly return if we find ourselves in Harrisonburg again in the future.

Delicious food and a cheerful ambiance make this place perfect for small gatherings, date nights, or birthday celebrations. It's versatile for any occasion, and everything is remarkably fresh. During COVID, the tables are well spaced, and the staff wear masks appropriately and change their gloves properly. I will definitely be returning!

I drive from Richmond just to eat here. I love this place. It is best to make reservations. My fried and I sat at the bar while waiting for our table. The bartender engaged well with us as we asked her questions about German drinks and what she had available. I don't remember a bad experience here. Reserve uma mesa agora

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very cozy, like a German pub. The cost is very reasonable, particularly given such large servings, and the staff is very friendly. Also, a nice selection of German beers that aren’t commonly available in restaurants. Quite a gem!

This restaurant offers a truly unique dining experience. The schnitzels are their specialty and are definitely worth trying. While the building itself is somewhat outdated, the atmosphere inside instantly transports you to Germany. The service is also very friendly.

The service was excellent. The food portions were ridiculously large. The food was nice, but too Americanized...didn't have the depth of flavor I was accustomed to living in Germany for 13 years.

Food and service was amazing. The location is a small. Small like elbow to elbow but it made the date more intimate. Will go again

Great fan of German food and some solid beers and the Jäger Schintzel was pretty elite too.
