The Bear - Reservar uma mesa

We booked a table in advance for 6pm as we knew it would be a busy time. We waited an hour for our food, which was disappointing since we had young children with us, and we noticed a couple of other 2-3 person tables who ordered after us were served before us. The staff were professional and apologetic but the quality of the vegetarian curry I had was disappointing. Their burgers and chips range look much better but vegetarian options are limited.

This is the 3rd time I have visited at lunchtime for a meal, (December, February, March), and each time it has been so cold, no heating on at all. If you can't afford to put it on I suggest you don't open. Each time hardly anybody there so obviously it's not viable to heat the place. I doubt that we will visit again at lunchtime, which is a shame because food is good.

Saturday night with the girls for food and drinks. Great atmosphere, excellent food and brilliant service as always, thank you!

Had steak special and veg chilli, both were lovely meals, will be back, thank you

Nice local dog friendly pub, always friendly staff and reasonable prices
