The Bell Inn - Reservar mesa

We were visiting from New York with My family ! I am originally from Lichfield And visiting for a wedding .The Bell was warm and inviting everyone was extremely friendly Evan when my Daughter asked for weird Drinks !A Band was playing on the Saturday night they were fantastic .Sunday we went back for Sunday Lunch which was a carvery .Well worth the money .Food was Hot .Tasty and made me Happy to be Home .Also Had a Beer Garden at the back like to come Back in the Summer.Thank you

This is a proper local pub. There is a carpark but it gets busy and you may need to park offsite. It is small but cosy. The service was lovely and very helpful, but they were very quiet when we visited. Speed of service was adequate. Menu and prices were decent. Several items were not available but enough choice remained. Portions were adequate but not big. Would happily return

Excellent food.However we went to steak night for the first time. Spoke to the young ladies at the bar...told them we had booked.They told us to take our table. We had a drink and waited but we're not advised that we had to order at the bar..Apart from that excellent night.

Utterly appalling service. Stood there in front of two bar staff who completely ignored us and served others who came in afterwards. Clearly a very cliquey establishment who only recognise those from the village. Passing trade? Forget it! Reserve uma mesa agora

We were staying in Whittington and went to the bell for a Sunday Carvery! It was fabulous .great pub and they have a large beer garden too.I went the Saturday night and they had music

I have not been in the pub i visited the village market held once a month on the car park which is excellent allp local products and i would give the market 5 stars

Obviously more of a 'locals ' pub, rather than welcoming visitors. Felt a bit like we were an inconvenience which is a shame because it looks like a nice place.

Had Sunday Lunch with friends, excellent food and generous portions. Staff helpful and friendly creating a good atmosphere, will definitely visit again. Reserve uma mesa agora

Went to the Bell inn and met some old friends had a lovely few cold scoops the staff and locals were very friendly and helpful loved it I will be Back

Always make us welcome. Visit every two years when we visit friends from the village on our narrow boat.
