The Better Bagel - Reservar mesa

For the price these people charge they should be able to afford a TOASTER. Every single time I order from this place I ask them to dark toast my bagel in hopes that maybe it will be even the slightest bit toasted, no matter what it never is and it’s usually soggy. On Friday I asked them to just burn my bagel and it still came out gross and soggy. They used to be so good but the quality has just completely plummeted downhill. I’m done giving this place any money. Got a strawberry iced tea 2 days ago that could have easily passed as nail polish remover. Tasted like literal poison. Never again.

Horrible customer service. The girl at the counter was so rude. I was the only one on line standing by the register for a good 5 minutes. None of the 10 people behind the counter even acknowledged me. Once other people walk in, the girl by the register takes them immediately! While I’m still standing right in front of her!! I had to go up to someone else and ask them to take my order. You would think with that many people, you would at least acknowledge your customers. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I would not recommend this place to anyone

The owner of this restaurant is not fond of military personnel, believing that the local town workers have tougher jobs and make greater sacrifices. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place leaves something to be desired, as cooks are not seen wearing gloves or hair nets. Consequently, there are concerns about the hygiene practices in the kitchen, with the potential for food to come into contact with unwashed faces.

Their food is excellent. I drive past multiple bagel stores to come to this one The only reason they’re not getting five stars is because their automated order system is no good. When you place an order and it tells you to pick up in a half an hour and then you wait another half an hour when you get there that’s just not right….. Update, somebody apparently walked off with my order… Reserve uma mesa agora

The food and bagels are great but they really need to update their door dash page. There’s no way to put flagels with butter and the door dash delivery hours are at the most random times and days. Pleas update your door dash, I added special comments and it was all ignored.

Best bagel place in the area. That’s why I’m so surprised they barely put any cream cheese on my bagel. Depending on who helps you, they all make your food differently. There needs to be a standard for all employees to follow.

Sandwich was made wrong. Asked for BLT with no mayo, the whole sandwich is covered with mayo. Check everything you order before you leave!

I came to visit this place along with my boyfriend and it is delicious. I enjoyed eating the Hungry Man Hero with sesame bagel so good. Reserve uma mesa agora

Everything I've tried has been delicious. Staff has always been very friendly. Highly recommended.
