The Boot - Reservar uma mesa

As someone who is particular about food and dining out, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed the cozy and homely atmosphere of the place, which was just the right size. I ordered the lasagna and it was delicious. The portion size was generous and the prices were reasonable. The wait for our food was reasonable and our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place and plan on returning for a coffee and some dessert.

I made my reservation on Open Table and confirmed one day or two before. When I arrived, the waitress looked at the hostess and said, “Your reservation is for tomorrow” and showed me another name. I said it wasn't me and she argued and said I had no reservation. I tried to show her and she dismissed me and said she was supposed to sit somewhere. Other then the first interaction, it was relatively friendly and the service was fine. The food was very good and quickly came out.

The waitress was extremely rude. When we came in at 12:40, she told us that they were closed at 2:00 and we had to be gone by then. She rolled our eyes when we ordered us. I couldn't believe her behavior. The food wasn't so great either. I had Risotto and it was so dry and sticky.
