The Botwell Inn - Reservar uma mesa

my first time here, as I try to visit as many of the pubs and hotels of wetherspoon as I can. they can always rely on decent, well-priced food in this chain, with good service throughout. the botwell inn has not disappointed and my traditional breakfast was very good, and the staff friendly and helpful. happy to recommend and I will return here in the future.

I love coming here. eating is cheap and tasty with great portions and a lot of choices, including vegan and vegetarian options. they do great offers unlimited hot drinks and the new app method of ordering food is a great idea. the staff is always polite and helpful and it is a good family-sub. the lighting and the atmosphere are usually relaxed and friendly.

Amazingly good pub! Can't fault this place, and it's now a favourite whenever in the Hayes area. It's very well run, welcoming and comfortable. The food here has been constantly good, no issues whatsoever. Staff friendly and hard working. This pub is a credit to those that run it... Oh and if that's not enough, it's fantastic value too. Well done!

excellent place the staff, the service, the eating was not good. it felt very cozy and warm. it was a family atmosphere. very cheap. would highly recommend.

my favorite pub in hayes. fair prices. I would give it 5 stars, but manager (donna) is not very welcoming or friendly. the rest of the staff is great.
