The Brickworks Public House

Drinks were excellent and I would recommend going here for drinks. Food flavours were good and visually looked really nice. They however were a little off in their cooking and had some noticeable mistakes. I would 100% go back for drinks as their cocktails were very unique and extremely well balanced. I would skip food though.

Hands down our favourite dinner in Whistler. From start to finish it was fantastic! We enjoyed a couple gin and tonics, as well as took part in the set menu. We left and both agreed it was the best dinner of our vacation. Recommend the mussels, pork loin and the risotto.

Had an amazing evening, our server was so friendly and knowledgeable. The cocktails and gin flight were tasty and delightful!! The food was also delicious!!

Surprised that of the 5 pages of the menu 4 were for drinks and wine. Liquor and wine way over priced.
