This restaurant is a great spot for a leisurely walk, whether it's a quick lap around or a longer stroll. The trails are not very extensive, but they offer a peaceful walk in the fresh air. While the views from the top are not extremely impressive, you can still enjoy a decent look across to Morecambe Bay. The area is teeming with nature, from pond life and dragonflies to ducks and various types of trees and plants. We were really excited to go for a hike in the countryside and then enjoy a treat at the café. However, we were extremely disappointed. The coffees and hot chocolate were dispensed from a machine and self-service, yet they were quite expensive at £2.40. The cakes were pre-packaged in cling film, and my Mars Bar crispy cake was not enjoyable - it seemed to have been made with low-quality chocolate. The young lady who served us was friendly, but with the automated system for drinks and pre-packaged cakes, she didn't have much to do. We will not be returning to this café and we wouldn't recommend it to others, despite its busy atmosphere. It has the potential to be so much better...

I visited this restaurant on New Year's Day and it was quite crowded. However, the staff remained friendly and calm. They offer a variety of teas, coffees, and homemade cafe snacks. The soup is consistently delicious, sandwiches are satisfying and nicely presented, and the cakes are appealing. It's a great option for a light lunch while enjoying the outdoors. The prices are reasonable.

We have taken many walks around Beacon Fell but had never tried the cafe before. Despite its small size, the seating is well arranged and there is additional outdoor seating available (dogs are allowed outdoors, but not inside). The food was excellent and we would definitely visit again if we didn't have our dog with us or on a nice day to sit outside. Reserve uma mesa agora

for 50 years. it has changed quite well. many trees cut off. good place for a walk with views over bleasdale, morecambe bay etc. many paths for the children run around and explore. free toilets and a visitor center with a caffe. at the time of booking, the parking space is free. it was £1 last time I had to pay.

Such a lovely place to walk the dog. Not the longest of routes but if you go up and down all the little paths and make your own adventures then you can spend a couple hours here no issue. Lovely views. Fun stuff for dogs, like the pond and sticks and good stuff to sniff
