The Capital Grille

We had an early Mother's Day brunch. The positive was the service in the dining room. Our waiter was amazing. The food was great! Not really strong negatives but since it's a review I'll add a few notes. This location could use a minor update. Not a makeover because its decor is comfortable and all new restaurants tend to look the same. Modern and lacking character. Also, we sat in the bar first. There were 6 people in the bar but we weren't able to get a glass of wine. When it finally arrived we were already getting up and checking into our table for our 2pm reservation. We didn't transfer the drinks to the table. .

We had a great meal with friends who were visiting from out of town. All 4 of us ordered different entrees and each one was excellent. Every item came out as ordered, and the presentation was on point. Our server Nate was wonderful, He was on top of everything, but never obtrusive, always there to make sure we were enjoying our appetizers, our drinks, entrees and dessert. This is an outstanding restaurant, with a very nice vibe. We are looking forward to the next time.

We've been here a few times and it is always good. Our waiter's name was Alexis Gonzales and he was fantastic! Very friendly, answered our questions and was a pleasure to meet. The food as always was excellent. The filet was cooked to perfection, my wife likes medium well, and I had the scallop special, which was excellent. Overall an excellent dinner and it was made more enjoyable by Alexis!

I was in line for the hostess when she saw me next she pretended to be busy and I was left standing there that felt like forever there was no one behind me I retreated like I just wanted to be at the back when she noticed that's when she attended to me. Very rude welcome.

Love how special it is to celebrate a birthday with a delicious lunch at Capital Grill. The ribeye steak sandwich is enough for two meals and the service was wonderful. The complimentary dessert was also a treat.
