The Castle Inn - Reservar uma mesa

Let's get straight to the point. We tried calling Telefon but the line was constantly busy, so we couldn't make a reservation. It's disappointing that they were too busy on New Year's Eve to provide good service. We were able to get a refund and will be avoiding this restaurant in the future.

Let us down. Didn’t deliver. Phone engaged constantly so couldn’t get through. Sorry guys we know it’s New Year’s Eve but no excuse to fail to deliver Poor show! We will get our money back and in future avoid you.

Saddened that the service was not with a smile and lacked customer service skills. Tables weren't cleared in a timely fashion. The food was small portions and very expensive doubt whether will return

The staff at this restaurant was fantastic, and the Chinese cuisine was excellent.
