The Castle Sandwich

A really friendly, welcoming and pleasant experience. The food was delicious with a nice variety and range of flavours. The fried bean curd was particularly good with an excellent crunchy texture. We look forward to going again. The Kung Po and Szechuan were standout main courses.

The reception at this restaurant was fantastic. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and fun. The food was excellent with a wide variety of dishes that were deliciously flavorful. The atmosphere was also great. I will definitely be returning when I am in Lewes.

'Tilly's Mum' is the hostess with the mostest. Warm and welcoming service from start to finish. The food tastes and looks amazing. The table settings are clean and immaculate. I highly recommend a visit to any fan of Chinese Thai Japanese Cuisines.

fantastic service and absolutely amazing eating. we were here after we were not sure where to go and were incredibly satisfied with everything, even the fastness that a table was made ready for us. again very soon

never was in, but the takeaway is beautiful. everything comes warm and tasty as it should. I would recommend to the soultang the perfect balance of sweet, salt and crumb!
