the cheese artist is really an artist. it transfers the fresh cheese that came directly from the local farms to amazing ripe cheese. I've never had such a great gouda for example. matured 1.5 years it's more like a Grana-Padano then gouda. gouda to...now was just a cheaper cheese. but artist now how to make it excellent. also the braut, camembert are delicious. if they are in volcanic, it's a must to see.

But Artist now how to make it excellent.Also the brie, camembert are delicious.If you are in Vulkanland it´s a must see.
