The Chip Shop Co. - Reservar uma mesa

We have ordered from this restaurant twice because it is very close and convenient for us. However, we have been disappointed both times. The first time we ordered, the food arrived late, items were missing, and the rest of the order was incorrect. The second time, we discovered that the restaurant had run out of key ingredients, so our order could not be prepared to our satisfaction. It is unfortunate because this restaurant has the potential to be a valuable asset to the community.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. They told me that my chips would take 20 minutes to cook (even though it's a chip shop), but after waiting for 25 minutes, they finally put them in the fryer. The cheese on the chips was completely unnecessary and ended up getting all over my toes after wearing socks all day in the summer. The sausage was advertised as pork but turned out to be beef, which was disgusting. I definitely will not be returning to this restaurant.

I placed an online order at this restaurant and, despite making a few phone calls, my food didn't arrive until nearly 2 hours later. The online receipt from the restaurant stated that the wait time would be an hour, which was already longer than expected. When the food finally arrived, it was only warm and not hot, which was disappointing.

Used to be really nice, but gone down hill... Burger cooked from frozen, gravy is lumpy, sausage isn't even pork, its beef and taste disgusting, savloy is rock hard, cheesy chips are just chips and a sprinkle of cheese, really not worth the money no more.

Just thrown away Three portions of chips Fish was edible -just !!! Chicken burger was ok Probably the worst chips ever tasted and that’s from a teenager !!
