My fiance and I arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes before closing time. We asked the male staff member if we could still order food, and he responded by saying that most of the kitchen was closed. He seemed annoyed when we walked in. We also noticed a person running from the back of the line to a booth, appearing to be a friend of the staff. The male staff member seemed visibly upset while taking our order for sandwiches and ice cream. We decided to take our food to go since the restaurant was closing soon. While eating in the car, we saw that the restaurant had locked the door, turned off the lights, and closed the open sign at 8:56, even though two other customers had entered for food. T...
We love this place. There was a mishap with my order this evening. I even tried to verify that the order was made correctly (a blt no mayo... my picky son won't eat it with the mayo) and was assured by the person who prepared it. Well, it had mayo and wehad to go back at a really inconvenient time. The manager on duty was excellent and the correction was handled perfectly andkindly. I really appreciated it and will definitely be back. Sorry for not asking the manager's name but it was between5-5:30pm. Thanks guys!
This restaurant has a nostalgic soda shop vibe with wooden booths along the walls. You order at the counter and pick up your food when it's ready. The subs are a bit on the pricey side, averaging $9, but the fresh sub roll bread is absolutely delicious. I also tried the cheddar broccoli soup, which was quite tasty. If you still have room, you can treat yourself to a scoop of ice cream. The staff is friendly and the food was prepared quickly.
My favorite place to go! Featuring the Chocolate Shop Ice Cream, which is the best ice cream known to man! If you're looking for a little more sustenance, no problem mate. The Chocolate Factory has you covered! They have tons of different sandwich salad combos. With gluten free options. My favorite is the Phoenix, you should give it a try and follow it up with some Zanzibar Chocolate. Your taste buds are in for a treat!
