The Church Inn - Reservar uma mesa

After many years of being a customer, I regret to say that I will not be returning anytime soon. The employees appear to have little to no interest in their work, and this is evident from the moment you walk through the door. I ordered the fish and chips, but when I noticed that the fries were very thin, I asked for them to be thicker. However, the waitress informed me that the chef did not like serving them that way, even though we all know they are frozen. My husband always used to enjoy the steak pie, but now it comes with a piece of puff pastry on top instead of the usual homemade crust. He was not happy with the change. We were not asked if everything was okay until the end of the meal...

I am giving this restaurant two stars because the staff has always provided excellent customer service, but the quality of the food has declined recently. After visiting multiple times, this weekend will be our last visit. The menu has been significantly reduced, offering mostly typical pub fare that is not up to par. Despite a long wait for our food, the manager did apologize and explain that it was due to a large party in the restaurant. I recall a time when the restaurant was full and busy, yet we did not have to wait as long for our meals. If the food had arrived sooner, I may not have written this review. It is disappointing to see one of my favorite places fall short like this.

have always enjoyed poched salmon salad in pastness. it came with garnel, avocado, cherry tom’s, coleslaw, ei, gurke, mixed leaves wobble. so, after not much by lockdown came to enjoy with friends again today. at the beginning appalled price had increased, but to predict. the same fantastic meal as usual, I have now performed as a salmon prawn and mango salat as disappointing! no signs of mango or salat! only poached salmon and garnel in rosemarie sauce on small handful mixed leaves in a bowl for no wonder in the regular packed pub for over only had handful of people there. definitiw lost other customers today, as do not come back.

I have been to this restaurant many times over the past two years, but the service has never been as friendly as it is now that the dog is on holiday with friends. We finally had a chance to enjoy a meal in peace and it was worth it. The puff pastry filled with meat was not like a traditional cake, but it was delicious. The mashed potatoes with meatballs were not to my liking, but my partner's steak was very good. The chips, however, were not up to par. Overall, this restaurant is a hidden gem, despite the lackluster decor and subpar food. I would definitely come back again, especially with my dog.

Customer service by one of the waiters, a girl with brown hair was awful and we asked for some more drinks and she give us a dirty look and said fine. Worst place to eat food was cold and not cooked properly also when we...spoke to the waitress she said its freshly cooked we cant do anything about it. Dont eat at this astablishment
