The Clearview Inn Steak And Chop House

I always drove by in the summer and thought what a cute place. We decided to make reservations on Saturday which turns out you don't need one. Our table wasn't ready and we Sat at a booth. The inside and decor is from the 70"s. One girl behind the bar and one walking around taking orders. All in all it took about 2 hours for a calamari appetizer and 4 dinners. One hamburger, one chicken Diablo sandwich and they didn't give her the sauce on the side. One chicken marsala and one chicken Piccada. The taste of the food was good and everything turned out well. Just the wait and price for the meals were a bit much.

This is a cozy, clean local hangout. It has great food and a polite and accommodating pub staff. Nice Bartenders do their best to make your desired adult beverage. The building could use some improvements the rooms cannot accommodate a party of 12 and the restrooms are the size of a closet . But the great atmosphere and staff make this a minor issue.

Better than Ken Stewarts! We went there for my birthday and shared the scallops and the lamb with the sea red ahi for an appetizer. All three dishes were perfect. I eat a lot, and this is one of the best kept secrets in the Akron area. I just wish they would add more specials!

I have had their lamb twice and it has been the best in this area. Fingerlicking good. Better than many fancier restaurants in the area and worrh the price. The atmosphere needs some updating, it looks old and tired but the food was excellent. Nice service

With my husband and friends for dinner. Our bartender was funny and a great server. Greater dinner servings. Loved the Ahi Tuna and Prime Rib! Excellent evening. It's worth a Friday night.
