What an experience! We went for an anniversary celebration on a Sunday evening and chose The Colonnade at Hope and Glory for our special dinner. Knowing ahead of time that it was a prix fixe menu my husband worked with Heather to discuss some food intolerances limitations I had and prepared some alternatives to the menu. I could not have been more thrilled with what Chef Crockett chose. They are incredibly conscientious of peoples particular requirements and are more than happy to accommodate specific needs. My husband and I take the opportunity to dine at the Colonnade at The Hope and Glory Inn 2x a year. Whether a special occasion or just time for us to enjoy the special culinary experience Chef Meseret delivers we have after 10 years not been disappointed. Each course (usually 4) is personally crafted to each table by Chef. This experience is not mass production. When a good “cook” can deconstruct the elements as presented it says everything about the Chef’s talent at hand. My mother and I stayed at the Hope Glory Inn and while there dined at The Colonnade. Chef Meseret gave us a dining experience we will never forget! Her sources for fresh produce and seafood, imaginative use of ingredients, and just right portion sizes were paired exquisitely with recommended wines. The meal couldn 't have been more pitch perfect. Of special note, was the silky smooth, vanilla essence panna cotta served with a berry coulis for dessert. It was out of this world. The colonnade is perfection. The food top of the line in taste, presentation and portions. The service with Heather is amazing. She describes each dish and remembers everyone’s name truly exceptional. The entire evening is a special experience. Great way to celebrate the season.

Delicious dinner and Romantic setting! We were there for our anniversary and they sat us next to the fireplace and gave us complimentary Champagne to help celebrate!
